Well here we have another scenario, it’s sunny can I refuse to go to work?
Thinking back to my days when I owned a restaurant on days like this really made me think, how much money is lost to employers because of the weather, snow or sun.
Only when you are an employer do you really appreciate the full impact of this.
So what’s your opinion? Should we declare a holiday and let our staff enjoy the weather ???
